How can a customer manage courseware updates and versions?
Since courseware updates are unavoidable due to software updates released by the software vendor, the following steps will help our customers to better manage their courseware inventories.
1. We encourage customers to carefully note the version of each course they are ordering and compare that with whatever they may have on hand.
2. We send out email notices of releases. Trying to strike a balance between irritating clients with too many of such notices and yet providing timely information, we generally do this 2 or three times a year.
