Purchase Orders

Purchase orders are accepted from accredited schools, government institutions, and corporate customers who have established a solid credit history with Sideris.

Purchase orders should be faxed to Sideris at +1.617.965.9801. Include the following information on the Purchase order:
• Tax identification number
• A copy of any tax exemption forms for your organization
