What is the procedure for submitting returns?

In order to keep our print-on-demand costs low, we do not maintain an inventory of stock outside of our print facility. Therefore, it is necessary to charge restocking fees for returned courseware to cover our printing costs. Credit for any approved returns will be applied to future purchases.

The following restocking fees apply:
  • Oracle course books may be returned within 30 days for a 15% stocking fee provided that access to electronic resources has not been provided yet. Once electronic resources are delivered, the order is non-refundable, unless specifically exempted at the sole discretion of Sideris
  • A 50% restocking fee applies on all other courseware returns
  • Sideris will waive the restocking fees for defective products or incorrect shipments made at the fault of Sideris

The following conditions must exist to receive credit:
  • Once electronic resources are delivered, the order is non-refundable
  • returned courseware must be unused and it must be in the original shrink-wrapping
  • returned courseware must be listed under the current course listings located on www.sideriscourseware.com
  • items must be returned within 30 days of the sales order date

Non-refundable items: The following items will not be approved for refund:
  • If electronic resources have been delivered, the order is non-refundable
  • international promotions for "free shipping"
  • customized courseware 
  • instructor copies
  • all shipping charges incurred are non-refundable and will remain the customer's responsibility
