You may order ITIL® training materials and courseware for either the 3-day "ITIL v3 Foundation for IT Service Management" level or the 1-day "ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge for IT Service Management". • The "ITIL v3 Foundation for IT Service Management" courseware focuses on knowledge and comprehension to provide a good grounding in the key concepts, terminology and processes of ITIL® v3. • The "ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge for IT Service Management" courseware offers a "fast-track" approach to the "ITIL® v3.0 Foundation Bridge certificate in IT Service Management" for those who already have ITIL® v2 Foundation certification.
ORDER PROCTORED ITIL® EXAMS You can order courseware with or without the proctored exam. The option to select either web-administered or paper-based exams is made available on the store. Proctors ensure the integrity of the exam and the certification that each student hopes to receive by supervising the delivery of the ITIL® exams.
ITIL® INSTRUCTOR-LED AND ACCREDITED TRAINING These rates require an 8-student minimum booking for class and include everything for up to 8 students per session: all expense paid instructor, plus accredited ITIL® student guide and a one-hour proctored exam (web or paper-based). • "ITIL v3 Foundation for IT Service Management (3 day) - $369 per student per day (all inclusive): View course outline & schedule a class now!
