Shipping options worldwide and choosing the right option.
 
Shipping options within the Continental United States (Updated: 3/28/13) <back to top>
The following options are available for priority orders submitted before 12:00 pm  Eastern Time

     • Next Day Air – These should arrive on the next business day. 
     • Expedited/2nd Day Air – These should arrive within two business days. 
     • 3-Day Select  - These should arrive within three business days. 
     • Ground – These should arrive between 6 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery address.

These options are not available outside the continental United States and therefore do not apply to such locations as Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Due the high-volume of orders that we receive on a daily basis, we have a daily cutoff time of 12:00 noon Eastern Time

Priority orders received before 12:00 noon Eastern Time will ship the same day. The arrival calculation begins counting on the following day as shown below. Priority orders received AFTER 12:00 noon Eastern Time will delay the shipping counter by 1 day. And ground orders always ship one day later than priority orders.

     TODAY           - Order received BEFORE 12:00 noon Eastern Time
     TODAY           - Order ships today
     TOMORROW   - Day 1 (UPS next-day arrives)
     NEXT DAY       - Day 2 (UPS 2-day arrives)
     NEXT DAY       - Day 3 (UPS 3-day arrives)

     TODAY           - Order received AFTER 12:00 noon Eastern Time
     TOMORROW   - Day 1 Order ships TOMORROW
     NEXT DAY      - Day 2 (UPS next-day arrives)
     NEXT DAY      - Day 3 (UPS 2-day arrives)
     NEXT DAY      - Day 4 (UPS 3-day arrives)

     • Ground – These should arrive between 3 to 6 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Priority orders received before 12:00 noon Eastern Time will ship the same day. Ground orders ship the following day.

The following shipping options are the only ones applicable to their respective regions. Orders will be shipped from our overseas fulfillment center and delivery times will vary depending upon the ship-to location.

Special Delivery Options
Saturday delivery is not available to all locations and is expensive where it is available.

Next Day Early Morning delivery is available to some locations at an added cost but must be received by a person available whenever the shipment arrives.

Emergencies
Carriers will not guarantee delivery in the event of natural disasters, severe weather, or other national emergencies beyond their control and will not grant refunds in these circumstances. 

Holidays
Overnight shipping is not always guaranteed during major holiday seasons.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Steps to Submitting Returns
     1. Email: Send an email to info@sideris.com stating the reason for the return and the quantity of books to be returned.

    2. Ship: When a "Return Authorization" has been approved, please ship the courseware back to Sideris in original shrink-wrap condition


    3. Credit: When Sideris receives returned items, we will determine which items are in restocking condition and issue a credit to your account for future purchases 


About Restocking Fees:
    • A 20% restocking fee applies to all Oracle course books if they are returned within 30 days 
    • A 50% restocking fee applies on all other courseware returns
    • Sideris will waive the restocking fees for defective products or incorrect shipments made at the fault of Sideris 
    • To keep print-on-demand costs low, inventory of stock is not maintained. Therefore, restocking fees for returned courseware are charged to cover printing costs. 

    • Instead of a refund we issue a credit for any approved returns which is applied to future purchases.

Conditions to Receive Credit:
    • Must be unused and in the original shrink-wrapping
    • returned courseware must be listed under the current course listings located on www.sideriscourseware.com
    • items must be returned within 30 days of the sales order date

Items Not Eligible for Credit: 
The following items will not be approved for returns:
    • Once electronic resources are delivered, the order is non-returnable, unless specifically exempted at the sole discretion of Sideris
    • international promotions for "free shipping"
    • customized courseware
    • instructor copies
    • all shipping charges incurred are not eligible for a credit and will remain the customer's responsibility.

How to convert an estimate to a sales order <back to top>

If Sideris has prepared a courseware estimate for you, it is available to view online by logging into your account at sideris.com. Once it is time to place the actual sales order, you can easily transform the estimate into an online order by following these steps:

    1. Login to your account using your username and password

    2. Click My Account link located on the upper-right side of the homepage


    3. Click See Estimates under the middle column entitled "orders"


    4. Click on the date that corresponds to the estimate to view or edit


    5. Confirm accuracy of estimate: item, quantity ordered, address, shipping method (allow enough enough time for materials to arrive for class date)


    6. Click Create Order, which will allow you to make any revisions to your estimate:
        • Quantity Ordered: If the item or quantity are incorrect, click on the row and enter the change
        • Address Information: confirm "bill-to" and "ship-to" addresses are correct and CLICK New/Edit to change/select previously defined address from pull-down menu
        • Shipping Method: click on the pull down menu to view shipping methods available
        • Credit Card: enter payment information
        • Send a Copy to Yourself: to receive an email of your order, please check the box for "To Be Emailed" and make sure your email address appears in  window

    7. Once you have ensured that your order is correct, click [Submit] or [Submit & Print] or [Submit & E-Mail]

Experienced technical support is available for contract in one-hour increments. Rates vary depending upon the specific technology but average about $125 per hour.

Please provide at least two weeks notice to ensure that schedules can be arranged to accommodate your needs.
