For just $369 per student daily! These rates require an 8-student, 3-day minimum booking for class and includes all expenses for up to 8 students per session: instructor, plus accredited ITIL® student guide and a one-hour proctored exam (web or paper-based). Additional students can be included for a fee of $290 per student to cover the cost of the courseware and exams (25 student maximum class size). 1. Description This course is designed for all levels of IT Service and Support staff. The Foundation level focuses on knowledge and comprehension to provide a good grounding in the key concepts, terminology and processes of ITIL v3. The 3-days of instructional training materials provides IT professionals with the knowledge to write the accredited industry certification exam for the ITIL® Foundations certificate in IT Service Management. At this level, the qualification remains very similar to the ITIL v2 Foundations qualification. Whether adopting ITIL® or embarking on continuous service improvement, participants will gain a fundamental understanding of how IT service support and delivery can be best organized to align IT with business needs, improve service quality and reduce long-term costs.
Overview This course prepares students for the ITIL® version 3 Foundation certificate with examples to illustrate how ITIL relates to each student’s daily activities.
