Proctor the ITIL® Exam Yourself

In partnership with Sideris, you can proctor the ITIL® certification exam at your training location after your students have completed the accredited training.

What is an exam Proctor?
The proctor is a specially trained individual who supervises the exam in a well-organized and professional manner taking care to adhere to certification procedures. This process ensures the integrity of the exam, which in turn, ensures the integrity of the certification that each student hopes to receive.

Who can be a Proctor?
Any individual can be approved as a proctor as long as the person is not "related" to the candidate taking the exam. An accredited trainer may also be designated to serve as the exam proctor (or supervisor). However, the proctor cannot be the candidate's boss, or a subordinate, or a family relative. Please remember to place your order for exams at least 10 business days in advance of your scheduled exam delivery date.
