APMG EI LCS ITIL® Accreditation

Accredited ITIL® Courseware
The courseware is designed for all levels of IT Service and Support staff. The 3-day "foundation" level or the 1-day "bridge" courseware prepares students to pass the foundation certification. Have your certified ITIL® Instructors accredited
Instructors who personally hold the v2 or v3 certification, can become accredit trainers. Instructors with v2 certification are required to first learn from the v3 "bridge" courseware in order to qualify for the v3 "bridge" exam. The "bridge" courseware serves as a "fast track" to v3 certification for those who currently hold the v2 certification.
ITIL® Foundation Certification
A Foundation Certificate certifies that you have the requisite background to evaluate IT service management good practice and understand how the ITIL® framework can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Service Management for your organization. When you purchase the Sideris accredited ITIL® courseware training materials you are given the option to order the exam and proctors to supervise the exam. Examinations can be written by your students on the last day of the course. The ITIL® v3 Foundation Certification Exam is a 40-question multiple choice test that takes 60-minutes to complete. Students can take the one-hour proctored ITIL® exam at the conclusion of class if you order web-administered or paper-based exams with your courseware order. To ensure the integrity of the exam and the certification that each student hopes to receive, you also need to place an order for a proctor which is a specially trained individual to supervise the delivery of the ITIL® exams.
